The product is identified by chromatographic comparison and controlled according to an in-house specification. Purity is specified at ≥98.0%. Additional quality parameters include water content, arginine, trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), residual solvents, maximum single impurity, total impurities, bacterial endotoxin, microbial limits and peptide assay.
For the batch represented by the current COA, purity was 99.2% and peptide assay was 86.2%. Actual batch results are subject to the corresponding Certificate of Analysis.
