β-NADPH Tetrasodium Salt
β-NADPH Tetrasodium Salt, CAS No. 2646-71-1, is the tetrasodium salt form of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate and is used as a biochemical cofactor material. The product is supplied as a yellowish powder and is easily soluble in water. The current specification includes a β-NADPH assay of ≥90.0%, with additional quality controls by UV spectral analysis and HPLC.

Description
β-NADPH is the reduced form of NADP⁺ and functions as a reducing cofactor in a variety of biochemical and enzymatic redox systems. PubChem and ChEBI classify NADPH as a cofactor and reducing agent.
This product is supplied as β-NADPH Tetrasodium Salt, CAS No. 2646-71-1. It appears as a yellowish powder and is easily soluble in water.
Quality is controlled using UV spectral analysis, spectrophotometric assay and HPLC. The β-NADPH assay specification is ≥90.0%. HPLC purity is specified at ≥95.0% at 260 nm and ≥98.0% at 340 nm. Water content is controlled at ≤8.0% by Karl Fischer analysis.
